There’s so many great things I could say about this gym. I started coming to LBs in 2016 after giving birth to my son. We moved 35 mins away in 2018 and I attended on and off, always on the look out for something similar and closer. There’s nothing out there that compares to LBs. The sense of community is bar none - that’s just the starting point. The instructors are amazing, the multitude of class options, LB is always trying to keep it interesting and engaging. Tyler’s spin class is top notch. One minute I’m laughing, the next I’m mentally cussing him out for pushing me so hard and the next I’m in tears because his playlist just hits different. It’s more than a physical workout, you get that emotional workout as well.

I just can’t say enough positive things about this place. It’s not just a gym… it’s home!

Great staff! Lots of different workouts and trainers. They also do a lot to give back to the community which is amazing!
